Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms and place need major upkeep. Very dirty carpets, dirty walls and only bath in bathroom

We woke up to clear signs of bedbugs...bites on our skin and tiny dark spots of blood(?) on the sheets. While the electric blankets seemed like a nice touch due to the extremely cold nighttime temperatures, I don't think they are laundered between guests, and even if they were--they are probably not washed and dried on high heat which is required to kill bedbugs. We've stayed here before and enjoy both the location and staff, but unfortunately will not return until the electric blankets are eliminated. Perhaps electric space heaters would be a more hygienic option to keep guests comfortable.

We informed them that we will be arriving late at the property and the staff were waiting for us to arrive. we were showed our room by a friendly front desk personel even after check-in time.

The lack of network access or connection in our room. We brought our network connection into our room, but still could not connect. the only place we could connect through was the bar area. When we enquired about that, we were to network connection waqs only provided to guests who booked suits. That was the only disappointing thing about the place.

Breakfast was expensive. No shower in the standard room. Had to upgrade to a suite to get a shower.
