The hotel was wonderful, fantastic air conditioning. The breakfast was fantastic. We loved our stay.

Our stay at Avenida Palace was truly exceptional. From the moment you enter, the hotel gives a genuine royal feeling, with its elegant classic design and impressive atmosphere. It feels like stepping back in time—but with all the comfort of a modern hotel. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Lisbon, within easy walking distance to all major attractions, great restaurants, and shopping areas. What really made the difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome gesture—a small fruit plate, a cheese plate, and complimentary wine waiting for us in the room. It was a lovely touch that made us feel truly valued as guests. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, and the bed was excellent. Breakfast was also a highlight—rich, fresh, and with a wide variety of high-quality options. Overall, this is a high-level hotel that delivers a unique experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

This was a very memorable vacation, the stay at this Hotel was absolutely perfect in so many ways. The location makes it easy to walk everywhere, the atmosphere, well, it is a palace; literally. The rooms are beautiful, historic and I would love to fly all the way back to stay again and again. It's spotless, and the breakfast is fit for. queen and king (no joke). TEN STARS.

A beautiful hotel, with with everything you need , service is exceptional and Location is perfect with easy walk to many shops, restaurants, Rosario square and the river. Next to train station and metro. This was my second stay here and I recommend it to all my friends traveling to Lisbon.
