ZAGreat location & friendly & helpful staff. Lovely pool & outside bar area right on the ocean front. Room large & comfortable.
The cleanliness of room, passages & elevators could be improved. There was a large wedding party which mostly took over the hotel over the same weekend we were there which at times was frustrating as they took over entire entrance & reception area for celebrations & noise level was over the top.

I didnโt like the fact that housekeeping told me they only speak Spanish I also didnโt like the fact that I had a 15.00 credit and I had to go to front desk to ask them why I did not get it. Only to b told they didnโt give it to me because I wasnโt charged for the resort fee. However I was charged the resort fee and had to go back inside before leaving to let them know so I could be credited the 15.00 Really disliked that part
