Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon

I expected more attention for the child. In a hotel like that you expect to be offered different activities for kids, or at least a small gift for a child or fun thematic bedding but it wasn't there.

We stayed here in July - 2 rooms. Everyone was very friendly. We celebrated both my birthday & my daughter’s birthday & they acknowledged it with champagne, cake, plus some breakfast items. Very thoughtful. The beds very comfy. We had balconies overlooking the park. The pool is small. I agree with others who said the rooms are dated, at least ours was. We were on the 12th floor (?). While this hotel is lovely, if we were ever to visit Lisbon again I’d go with a hotel closer to the city center & more updated overall.

O café da manhã não está incluído na reserva, mas é excelente. A piscina interna é interessante e vazia. Os travesseiros são ótimos.

Não vale o preço cobrado. O quarto é bom, mas não os produtos de higiene não são os melhores disponíveis no mercado - condizentes com o preço da diária - os "mimos" aos clientes são ruins: as pantufas parecem pantufas da sauna do clube, não há kit de barbearia, não há kit de higiene bucal (que outros hotéis do mesmo nível disponibilizam), o shampoo e o sabonete são horríveis, o banheiro é pequeno e mal iluminado. Os pedidos de providências - retirada de malas, limpeza extraordinárias etc - são lentos e alguns dos funcionários não são do nível four Seasons.
