Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon

The Ritz in Lisbon is a little piece of heaven. From the moment you arrive to the minute you leave it is sheer luxury. I went with my daughter and we used the gym and the pool and both stunning. We had breakfast every Morning outstanding. We dined in the Ritz restaurant and again it was gorgeous. Our room was immaculate - cleaned twice per day. Service outstanding - staff exceptional. For anyone who wants to spoil themselves The Ritz in Lisbon should definetely be on the bucket list. Cannot complement the hotel and the staff enough. Thank you all for making our stay so Memorable.

Honestamente, esse hotel não condiz em nada com uma experiência de luxo, e comparar com outros da mesma rede não é possível. O hotel é grande e mais se assemelha a um hotel bom de aeroporto. Não há amenities adequados, a experiência de piscina é péssima (poucas cadeiras de sol, atendimento lento, restaurante e serviços fecham 6pm!, mal conseguimos toalha de banho).

The service at the hotel is top notch. Everyone was responsive and quick with their service. We were a family of 5 with two rooms and they upgraded us to a very nice suite with adjacent room. We were torn on the exact rating to give, but ultimately settled on 4 stars because the interiors, while reasonably kept, were quite dated and old. We had read there had been recent renovations. But either the rooms we had were not yet renovated, or the renovations were not as significant an overhaul as seen in comparable city hotels in Europe. Also, in retrospect, we would have preferred a location closer to city center.

I treated my mother to her 70th birthday with an Afternoon Tea at the Four Seasons Lisbon. I email the concierge over in advance to reserve and shared that it was a special occasion for us. We were the only Afternoon Tea customers in the Lounge. They seated us promptly and forgot us just as promptly. I had to physically get up each time to seek out a server for every step. Glasses of water. Taking our drink orders. It took expressing my displeasure to the manager and over two hours for the tea sets to come out. The food was fine but by the time it came out, we lost interest Do not recommend. Definitely not the four star service the brand boasts. And definitely not the afternoon tea experience so many travel guides recommend for Lisbon.

The absolute worst of the Four Seasons chain. Looks like something out of the Soviet era of hotels. Leaking shower, poor food and service that would make Holiday Inn shut down the hotel. They struggle to offer any care or concern for the guest.

Wow! This hotel is incredible. I was here for a work trip and I was blown away by the level of attention and care given to me and my colleagues throughout our stay. Every single worker at the hotel was caring, kind and efficient. You will want for nothing at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. My room had a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel and the neighborhood around it. It was very relaxing and a nice place to watch the sunset. The amenities in the hotel are beautiful. Although I did not use either pool they looked really inviting. The pool bar was very nice and my colleagues and I spent some time there after our meetings. The team at the pool bar was amazing as was the team inside at the indoor bar/restaurant. The rooftop has a running track and a gym. Even if you do not work out you should visit the rooftop simply for the view of Lisbon. The view is stunning. We had meetings in one of the hotel conference rooms and the team that supported us was really great. We had breakfast and lunch catered by the hotel and we had it served in a private room. The same team served us every day and they really were wonderful. This hotel is a great place for a company retreat or offsite. It has everything you need to run successful meetings while receiving a very personalized level of service. Thank you Four Seasons for a very successful work week!
