I rented a room with 2 queen beds and paid ahead of time with no cancellation allowed and I got there and they only had a room with 1 king bed

They have a leak on their fire system as my room was just next to the mechanical room and the pump turned on quite often. The walk in shower floor looked as if it had been patched previously however not thinking anything of it stepping into the shower my foot went right through the bottom. Furthermore they are having concrete work done for their pool/spa facilities and the contractors are not using any hepa filtration system with attached air scrubber as required by the silica laws. How do I know this? I know based on all of the common areas being filled with concrete/possible silica dust upon checking in. We were asked to use the side door for entry and exit do to the dust. I skipped the breakfast as I didn't trust the eating area was properly cleaned after the dust incident

Comfortable room close to everything.

The water was not hot for shower. The jacuzzi tub would not work.

The room and other areas of the hotel were clean. The staff member who checked us in was very friendly.

Noone told us the hotel tub and I door pool were closed for maintenance.

I wanted to provide honest feedback about our recent stay, as this trip was very meaningful to us and unfortunately ended up being extremely disappointing. Two weeks prior to our visit, we called to ask if it would be possible to reserve the same room my partner and I had during a previous stay. That room holds special significance for us, as he proposed on the way there, and we were planning a romantic return for Valentine’s Day. We were assured over the phone that this request would be honored, so we proceeded to book and provided payment information on 02/03/26. However, upon arrival after a six-hour drive, we were given a different room. When we explained the situation, we were told the originally promised room had been assigned to another guest the day before. This was extremely upsetting, especially since we had specifically arranged this well in advance and had been told it was guaranteed. Because we had already traveled so far and would be charged regardless, we had no choice but to accept the replacement room (128). Unfortunately, the condition of that room created additional issues: The window curtain was not fully hung. The bedside lights were wired incorrectly and flickered. As someone with epilepsy, this posed a genuine safety concern, and the problem worsened when attempting to charge devices. The room differed significantly from what we reserved, lacking the jacuzzi and instead having only a roll-in shower with an unclean substance on the floor, preventing us from using it. A bedroom chair was wet with an unknown substance, which was very unpleasant and concerning. What was most difficult was not only the situation itself, but the lack of empathy shown when we tried to explain why this mattered so much to us. This trip was meant to celebrate a deeply personal milestone in our relationship, and it was heartbreaking to leave feeling let down and uncomfortable instead of relaxed and happy. At minimum, we had hoped for clear communication, basic cleanliness, safe working amenities, and for the specific request we confirmed in advance to be honored. I share this feedback in the hope that it helps prevent a similar experience for future guests.

Experiences always good here too bad the pool is under construction. Other than that, the staff is great.

My husband & I booked a jacuzzi room for an extended Valentine’s weekend. Staff was polite & helpful. Room was actually above what we expected for the price. We utilized the gym...great equipment/set-up for that size room. Our only downfall was that the pool/hottub are being renovated. We were unaware & honestly would have booked elsewhere. But we truly enjoyed our stay here! I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
