I am 71 and elevator was broke. My senior sister and I had a little difficulty as our room was on second floor.

The TV was pretty good.

The bed wasnt properly cleaned as I had someone else's hair on my bed, so slept on top of the blankets, the bathroom especially the shower wasnt cleaned had old soap or c** on the tub.. disgusting... and finally the breakfast wasnt even much. Be creative with breakfast

The hotel smelled, not comfortable at all, broken glass everywhere in the parking lot, something smeared all over a wall.

Absolutely nothing. A pool and hot was listed but shit down shower floor was busted out and dangerous and obviously the shower above us was too. We got moved from a king size bed to two full size beds on our anniversary! The place is a dump.

Everything, except for the lady that moved us to a different room, she was very nice
