Baymont by Wyndham New Buffalo

When I left.

Broken security door. Racoon in trash, right outside hotel door. Had to choose a different path. Fake vents in bathroom. Air blows out constantly, no exhaust vents. Loud utility trucks running all night. Thick dust and cob webs all over the lighting and walls.

Location - close to the town and easy to find

Elevators out of order so were the washer and dryer. Pool was also closed and bike not working in the fitness room no plug to plug in. Garbage outside on the grass. Very disappointing as rooms were clean and comfortable and good location.

Room was mostly clean except dust behind TV. No housekeeping on day 2.Breakfast was sparse-no milk for cereal, lukewarm biscuits & gravy.

Elevator, pool, drink machines did not work. No housekeeping on day 2. Breakfast wa not as advertised: no eggs, no milk for cereal, lukewarm biscuits & gravy (probably not in accordance with health standards)

Breakfast was very simple, not enough until 9am, no staff attend present

Facility is not even close to the level they advertised. Walls are scratched, flooring is patched with cement, elevator was not working, we were lucky and given the last room available on the first floor which was small and 1 bed instead of 2 beds, pool is closed, wending machine is out of order.

Nothing

Everything. The rooms were not clean and there was a smell coming from the bed. The staff was so unhelpful. When we asked for extra blankets the guy at the front freaked out asking why we needed extra blankets. The pool and elevator were also not working and the breakfast genuinely looked like it came straight from the garbage. I am never coming back here.

The bed was comfortable. The shower was clean. And the whirl pool was pretty great also.

The body soap ran out while showering. And the whirl pool didn’t have any lighting above or around it, Just a bedside lamp.
