The room was nice and they had a nice breakfast.

When we got there we pre-register so we didn't have to go through all the signing stuff and everything else even paid online. The guy at the desk made us go through it all over it again and my card was charged twice.The pool and hot tub wasn't working. The elevator was out of service and my husband had surgery on his knee and we had to take stairs up and down the three days that we were there. The house cleaning never came and gave us clean towels and tolit paper and soap was out. The first day we came back from going out to dinner and they had deactivated our room key and we had to go back down to get it reactivate and the guy kept asking how long we were staying even though he was the one that checked us in.

"Did not stay and I’m requesting a refund"

I want a refund because I didn’t stay there after I went to check in to find out the pool and hot tub were out of service and so was the elevator. I never even got a room key or checked in.

Pretty woods around the building

The elevator was broke and we were on the third floor. The building room smelled like mold.

the room and breakfast was ok. No problem with the key cards. Pretty sad if that's the best you can say.

Elevator broken and they put us on the third floor. At least they carried my suitcase up. Due to health issues of both guests, this was not a good situation. The condition of the hotel makes me wonder how long the elevator has been out of service. The shower had 2/3 empty bottles! Dirty bathroom counter. Needs renovation/remodeling Breakfast was ok
