Location

Lobby and main floor smelled and needs lots of repairs and updating. Elevator didn't work. Pool area needs better venting. Strong chlorine smell and lots of condensation

"Terrible customer service part 2"

I wrote a previous review with the last name provided by the person who answered the phone, who I now know her name is Ashley Danielle. She lied about her last name because she knew she had provided very poor customer service . I will be contacting baymont again since Ashley is acting like she didn't talk to Patel at the front desk when I was sitting there. He clearly said that because of the inconvenience, they would grant a full refund. I had an elderly person with me, and there was no working elevator. I called literally 2 hours after making the reservation to let them know of the situationand that the hotel said i could cancel with a full refund, we had been traveling all day. I will be following up with this. I just want my $250 back.

"Comfortable, value conscious room, just need to finish renovation of that room"

Was a good value Staff were friendly

Did not have a mirror over the sink in the bathroom, room appeared to possibly be in a stage of renovation. Caulk around the toilet looked terrible.

"Clean room, needs to be aired out. Amenities were closed but I wouldn't have used anyway."

Convenience of location. Areas outside to sit and smoke if you had to. Didn't stay late enough for the breakfast so can't advise on that part. Would recommend to others.

Pool closed. Hot tub closed. Pop machine out of order. Room smelled like bad feet. Someone had covered the smoke detector. After we got over the smell, the rest of the room was fine.

"Get what you pay for. I pick the cheapest stay and that’s what I got."

Location. I didn’t notice a breakfast available. Cool that it’s pet friendly.

I picked the cheapest place with just a glance at the photos. Bonus was the pool/hot tub which turned out to be out of service. Hard to say if it’s really dirty or just old.
