The Black Swan Lee - Lenox, an Ascend Collection Hotel

They easily upgraded my room to a lake view, with a walk out patio. This was most relaxing for us! They had a small but satisfactory breakfast to get started for the day!

There was a noisy bathroom fan, but it did not take away from our stay. It was reported the next morning. Also must note the cell service was awful, but expect it was most of the area.

The view of the lake from the room was very nice.

You should be able to smoke on your balcony that's the reason for getting one?

We Loved it was right on a lake, the Sunset was beautiful.

Room was very nice! we had a view to the lake and the kids could play there. Breakfast was good, lots of gluten-free options and helpful staff.

on the plus side - they have a gym, but it is very basic. Could be better in this regard.

Talk about bang for your buck! This place is stunning and the balcony upgrade was entirely worthwhile. Quiet, peaceful, and welcoming—you cannot go wrong at the Black Swan. We love when the sink is outside bathroom, and we super-appreciate the screen for fresh air from the balcony. Special thanks to Thilanka for the extra-hospitable check in, and Michelle who gave us late check out without hesitation!

We were exhausted and kind of gross from a day on the road, so coming through the teeny lobby with all of our bags and coolers felt tough given the gorgeous restaurant and guests sharing the same space. Parking by that door was also at a premium. It’s great to have another entrance available further down, but it would be even better if there was roomier lobby situation.
