Asked for 1st floor, said they had to reserve for people who really needed it because of no elevator. Then compensate for having to carry large suitcases ( we’ve been traveling a couple of weeks). Didn’t sit well

Rooms clean but in very poor condition…bathroom sink did not drain , shower dripped after shut off , mattress’s old and need replacing , swimming pool dirty . Clean facility great staff but whole building in need of updating . Won’t even mention no elevator running .

The breakfast is wide variety and very good very clean dining room. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are tired. Carpet needed to be cleaned. The elevator was broken. Other than that. It was fine for the value.

Staff was very friendly, overall, hotel needs a complete refresh: carpet is stained, wallpaper peeling, tiles coming off, water stains on ceiling, etc.

"Elevator "

After we were checked in, we were informed that the elevator was broken and our room was on the third floor! I guess we were getting a little bit more exercise in this trip! The guy checking us in informed us that they had no date for when the elevator would be fixed.
