This hotel was not clean and it needed some updates.

It was clean and staff was very friendly, would stay again!

Overall, it was a very nice place to stay. The only problem, I encountered was no hot water for my shower. Everything else was great.

Smelled like smoke and marijuana everywhere in the hotel. The vending machines don't work. The front desk person took 10 minutes to come out of the back room and let me check in. It's also a homeless shelter. Not safe.

This hotel is being used as a homeless shelter and halfway house. It reeks of smoke and is loud and unclean. There are security guards and trash in the hallways. The staff is nice. The location is convenient. Nothing else is ok.

The hotel is incredibly dirty - stained carpets, litter in the hallways, broken tiles, stained ceiling, wallpaper falling off the walls, terrible smell in the elevator and hallways, broken heater, broken handrails in the elevator. Avoid

Poor rooms that need updating. Our room didn't even look like it was cleaned before we stayed. There was trash under-bed and dog hair everywhere. For someone who wasn't traveling with a dog it was disgusting. The hotel was filled with what seemed like people living there and felt like the only guests.

Hotel was clean. However the pillows were pretty small, no towels were left in the room for us, and there were no tissues. Seemed like pretty basic stuff that should be provided when we entered the room. It was nice to have a balcony off of our room.

My husband and I were involved in a very bad car accident on the way to the motel. We were unable to stay at the motel and when we requested a refund we were denied. It's hard to rate a stay with favorable score when you are not even given consideration due to unforeseen circumstances.
