Best Western Plus Chelmsford Inn

It seemed that the property was being to house homeless.

They REALLY could do better with the rooms. My friends room had a dead roach, rust stained tub, and a faucet handle that broke off. The parking lot and area surrounding the hotel was shady. Too many druggies roaming around looking for a fix. Would not come back until things change.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was full but there was no unnecessary noise noticed. Checkout was at noon which all hotels should do!

The first room they assigned us to was musty and damp smelling. I asked for a room change and they accommodated us right away. Front desk associates were pleasant. Had to ask for more towels every day as there were four of us staying and they only gave us two towels. Everyone on site was very friendly and anything we requested we were given immediately. They have a great breakfast selection and everyone serving in the breakfast area was very friendly. Overall, it was a good stay. I wouldn’t rate it 5 stars, but we would stay there again.

Convenient

Convenient access to highways while still less than a mile to restaurants downtown.

The room supposed to be nonsmoking but still smelled the cigarettes

Dirty, smells. Rooms are never serviced. Toilet and sink kept clogging. Awful. Don’t stay here.

Noisey, next to interstate. Move to other side of hotel. Had problems during the entire stay with getting into the room. Card access was not working. Desk person had to open the door the last 4 days to get in. Overall, the worst experience ever!!!
