Really very good.. One tiny fault... chipped enamel in bath. Breakfast buffet was great value. Lovely hotel. Great location.

Just awful! I haven't got a good word to say about this place. The room was small, tired, musty and general cleanliness was poor. It was a 28c day and there was no aircon and the window opened about 3 inches. I politely asked about the lack of aircon at reception and the response was "we are only 3-star". They did put a fan in the room but that just blew round the hot air. The bed was so uncomfortable with one bouncy, synthetic pillow which just gave neck-ache. I had a dreadful night's sleep for a whacking £190. And don't bother contacting Radisson direct because their customer service is non-existent.
