"Very central location and comfortable"

The hotel is very centrally location, just 5-6 minutes walk from main attractions and train station. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Only that the windows can not be opened fully.

I booked for a concert, expecting a high standard and as it had parking. Car park was closed, no help suggesting other parking, and for £350 for the night I expected better.

It’s beautiful style

It placed my life at risk of harm! If there was to be a fire the cladding was deamed dangerous and a health and safety risk!! The hotel was closed a week later .
