Was upgraded to a superior room on arrival, it was huge with a huge bed! Bathroom lovely too. Location was great for an event at the arena as just across the road! Staff were lovely, would definitely recommend.

Good location

One of the elevators.was out of order, huge long queues to use on graduation weekend when the hotel was full to capacity. No air conditioning in the rooms, extremely hot. Windows don't open enough and the small fans were not adequate.
