AC Hotel by Marriott San Juan Condado

Las habitaciones que dan al lado del Burguer King tienen muchisimo ruido exterior y luces.

El baño abierto a la habitación, las camas bastante incomodas porque los colchones están hundidos. Mucho ruido exterior. El personal excepto los camareros del desayuno que fueron super amables el resto del personal sobretodo 1 persona que estaba en la piscina y otra de recepción muy antipáticas. La comida del restaurante es sólo americana, limitada, cara y no muy buena. El hotel esta cerca de la playa pero es una playa con un fuerte oleaje del atlántico, muy peligrosa para el baño. Si se selecciona hotel por estar cerca de la playa recomiendo seleccionar otra zona de playas con el agua más tranquila o resguardada. Si vas con niños es imposible que se bañen en el mar.

The staff were amazing! We had booked due to the airport shutdown. The staff were so kind and supportive. Anything my family and I needed they were attentive to and provided reassurance in a scary situation. I can’t praise this hotel enough. The food was excellent and the drinks were delicious!! I’ll definitely be going back and recommend this hotel to everyone visiting San Juan. Awesome place!

I love the location of this hotel is very central to everything. I think while walking around I had to primarily walk straight down one street the whole time. The hotel was always clean. The staff was very accommodating. I did not have the food to comment on the food. The pool did have a DJ on top, which was really cool.

Hotel was a little pricey probably because I went on New Year’s. I don’t know how the regular pricing would be, but that was the only con. Other than that the hotel was amazing

At the risk of sounding like the Three Bears, the rooms had the AC cranked too cold for our liking, but then someone kindly came and adjusted it for us (when we tried it just reverted to the preset). However, then the walls and floor started to sweat. The fitted sheet on the bed would not stay on. The comforter was too heavy, making the bed too warm, but when we kicked it off we got cold in the chilly room. We did not sleep well in this hotel. The drink/snack credit system seemed scammy since the rooftop bar/restaurant was very expensive. I’d read that bicycles were supposed to be included in the credit system but they were not offered.

Great location, clean rooms. Close to shps, restaurants, & the beach.

Expensive, watch the resort fee.
