Enlux Hotel

Stayed one night - checked in the 19th October. Check in was quick but getting to your room took an age as there are few lifts — some go to 24 the rest to 49 My room was hot and smelly. Room service was good value but you need a PhD to navigate the menu — loved the cheesecake In the late evening the smell got worse and I noticed black smelly fluid — not crude oil — bubbling up the overflow drain in the bathroom. The call for help was slow to be understood until I got forceful and someone needed to check my room. Within minutes many phone calls and maintenance visits — upshot within 35 minutes I was moved to a Club Room. Appreciated as it was cooler But a sleepless night Breakfast buffet on the top floor — brilliant

49층 회전 레스토랑에서 전망을 즐기며 조식을 먹을 수 있습니다. 12세 미만 어린이 조식이 무료입니다. 웰컴 드링크와 웰컴 과일이 제공됩니다. 표돌천, 천성광장 등이 도보로 이동 가능합니다. 지하에 슈퍼마켓이 있는 대형 쇼핑몰이 호텔과 연결되어 있고 길 건너에도 대형 쇼핑몰이 있습니다. 프론트에 영어대화가 가능합니다. 친절하게 응대해주었습니다. 생수가 넉넉하게 제공되었습니다. 수영장이 너무 깊어서 어린이가 이용하기에 어려움이 있습니다. 금연층 금연룸이었는데도 담배 냄새가 났습니다. 냉장고가 있었지만 이용할 수 없었습니다.

The room and bathroom was above my expectations. I loved the bath and the comfortable bed which was huge.. It was one of the best hotels and room that I have stayed in. I will definitely be visiting it again.

Excellent! My family and I stayed here in early September. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes- there was plenty of food options for the three of us! We had a family room and my son (age 8) loved the fun dragon blanket that was put on the bed for him. The family room was very spacious and clean.

The hotel is really great. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The food in the hotel is versatile and there is something for everyone. For entertainment with a good mood is provided in the hotel bar. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Thanks to Meria Xiong, Vivian Yuan and Clare Zhang. I will definitely come back.

I came little early after a long flight and I was given a room Right away allowed an early check-in. Vivian and Marian at the front desk were great to work with. Also, food at the revolving restaurant was delicious.

sofitel standard，one of the best Sofitel in Mainland China，great management team. Could feel the Shandong People ‘s enthusiastic and hospitable. as the platinum member, got the room upgraded with hand writing welcome letter.

昨晚check in 很晚。所以一到房間看到房型 其實有点不太習慣。但忙的下去開會也沒有多想、同事私下稍微向前台反應一下、在lobby lounge 開完會準備上來被告知換了另外一個房型、真的覺得他們非常注意客人的感覺。早餐非常豐盛、並且每位服務人員 包括廚師們都非常的客氣禮貌、看到很多服務人員在收盤子的時候、多位穿西裝的管理者、也馬上過來協助、 更感謝在早餐上服務我的 Rena 、May 和Bonnie. 更開心碰到May 和我都是同泰國來。Sofitel Jinan. You have really win my heart from now on. Quite impress right from the entrance. After a long hours delay on 2 connecting flight. Saw the welcome face from the bellman. He have really make my mood smoothly. And reception , staff in the lobby lounge and the Rena May and Bonnie in the breakfast . I am a life time ambassador platnium of Marriott. Which I have stay for more then 100 nights in the same chain every years for the past 22 years. Not really a fan of other brand. But Sofitel Jinan really make me feel I am one of their royalty guest . Which from now on. I will start to stay with this brand. Once again. thanks for everything and make me with a good mood for me to start my business meeting in next few hours. To bad that I have to leave at 5 am tomorrow to catch my flight otherwise really want to stay longer Will see you again in next few weeks.

Overall, it was a great place to stay. The staff were very helpful and the location was also great to explore the city. The breakfast was great as we could have a nice meal while looking at the city at a rotating restaurant on the 49th floor. However, the last night we stayed was a bit unpleasant. We were at the non-smoking floor but someone was smoking so heavily and it came through the air conditioning. My friend had to wear a mask to avoid the smell and for a time we thought there was a fire... Please do not let any smoker stay at the non-smoking area.
