"Sofitel in Jinan : where is the consistency? "

I am presently guest of this hotel . I always liked Sofitel chain . I find that these hotels very often have a special taste which make them a little special . And the food offer is pretty good . But sorry this one in Jinan no . Let us start from check in : fast and we’ll organised . Room probably would need some upgrading but large and comfortable. But the gym ? To be clear gym is often a weak point in the Accor hotel compared to other western TOP brand but this is really old with very little facilities : substandard! Breakfast has a lot of choice mainly for Asian customer but also for western one. I did not try the Asian good but definitely I did not enjoy the quality of my breakfast and the nice TOP floor room is too hot . In a a few words : where is the luxury?

"Excellent business stay"

Was on a leisure short trip, away from my business trip. Decided to stay at Sofitel Jinan because of its location from the city, and of course, from the reviews gathered. Upon check in, we were greeted by Assistant Manager Mr Bill Guo. I would like to compliment him on his excellent services rendered to us. He introduced us what's nearby, solve all our enquiries throughout our stay. Before the day of departure, we needed help in booking our train tickets to Shanghai. He even escorted us up to the business centre and book it for us personally. As someone who works in the same industry, Mr Bill Guo really lived up to what is called service standard, and I look forward to meeting him on my next visit to Jinan.
