Upon checking in we got uograded to suites. That’s good news. Then came the bad news. Only 1 free breakfast per room, which means only 2 for 3 of us. It was never mentioned when I booked the rooms. I have never heard of this before. It left us an impression that the hotel was trying to nickel and dime us. We ended up buying one breakfast ticket, but at the restaurant, they only asked for our room number, never even asked for a ticket, making us wonder why we need to buy an extra ticket, very bad feeling. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bed is very comfortable, not too hard or too soft. Water pressure is good, and bathroom is very clean. Love the bath towel, so soft.
