Beachcomber Surfers Paradise

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the balcony to the unit was dirty and the view out to the ocean was marred by the next balcony which had a broom stuck out through the railings, a mop and clothes and a chair upside down. Not the nice view we were hoping for.

Older style hotel, clean and nice. Needs dishwashing detergent can’t do dishes and more toilet paper. Good for price. Hard to find a park sometimes in underground car park. Perfect location 🐬👌☀️❤️

Iiked the location, it was clean and tidy, staff on leaving were helpful, and close other places like Robina, and Broadbeach.

Great location - easy access to beach/shops/transport. Room could do with a few more mirrors - one full-length would have been good.

Clean premises with shops nearly and the iconic beach a stone throw away. Excellent views. Highly recommended.

This is a nice hotel in a great spot. I was a little shocked that guests are given a “starter pack” of a small shampoo and shower gel and if you need more it is charged! I stay in a lot of hotels and have never seen this. I bought my own elsewhere on general principle. Oh and if you put anything into the bin you have to take it to the dumpster in basement or they will charge you for housekeeping. Really? Check in people were nice and overall the hotel is clean enough given it’s age. The location is as good as it gets with access to everything. Pools and spa are lovely and clean.

• Very comfortable and spacious • Water pressure in the shower was disgraceful – Needs more water pressure – Water pressure is way tooooooooo soft – low pressure makes you stay in shower longer • Supply laundry powder/liquid, washing up liquid, shower soap – Or give option to purchase from reception or advise guests prior to the stay so we are prepared

A good view like the high rise apartment the front door and a window was noisy when the wind got up had to jam some carboard in to stop the knocking.
