Everything from the smell that alternated between spoiled cheese and bong water to the roaches hanging out on the front steps.

"No manager was available to contact. It was too late for me to book another room elsewhere. I slept in the office chair"

Convenient for my purpose of staying

It had bugs crawling in my initial room. I requested a new room or refund. One of the other rooms that they provided smelled like someone had poured gasoline in it and the other room had bugs as well.
