"Great Staff, not so much on the choice of room/facility"

Room was too small and no view. Parking is in the neighboring building away from the hotel

"Beware of HIDDEN fees"

The hotel’s entrance is beautiful. It is located across from a 24-hour grocery store. The room was advertised as having 2 double queen beds, but one bed is full-sized and the other is a Murphy pull-down twin. We had a view of a tree.

"Best Staff, Great Location, and why not, high end comfort!"

*William from Valet was fantastic! *Christian from Valet was indispensable! *Marcos at the front desk had to work complications (on my end) with my reservation and he did it with kindness and grace. *Joanne made my mornings at breakfast delightful *The cleaning service was amazing *back in the pool we receive warm attention by the server It has been a wonderful experience!

"Loved this property!"

Loved my stay here! Traveled to San Juan for a few days with my mom and we loved this location. The rooms and place was clean. The only issue was the bed was a little hard for my liking (but I am 6 months pregnant) haha. But the front desk and staff was so friendly and accommodating! There is a golf cart that can take you straight to the beach and pick you up. William, one of the valet guys was SO nice and friendly! The atmosphere was quiet and calm. The pool is beautiful! The hotel was right across the street from SuperMax grocery store. Truly a great location and great property. Self parking is $25 a day and valet is $30 a day.
