"BEST hotel definitely recommend"

Josh R and Willam were great man and the manager Micheal I love this hotel definitely book joshua and willam made us feel like we were family and at home. They helped us with everything we need. We stayed here for seven days and they made sure we were good with everything we needed in. It was sad leaving they are really good. They will take care of you. Micheal the manager was nice enough to make sure we were okay after we missed our flight . I will definitely miss everyone thank you family

Customer services was amazing was my first solo trip for my daughters 9 birthday and Marcos from front desk was amazing exceptional and very accommodating as well as William from valet ahhhmazinf would love to try again

"Great Hotel in San Juan"

This is an amazing hotel. It’s in a great location walking distance from the beach. There are several staff members who have me amazing service during my stay. William in valet consistently went above and beyond for me. His level of service is why this hotel shines. Julia in housekeeping was another shining star. Sandra in Cafe Pierre was by far the best waitress in the restaurant. Great job Double Tree for the warm friendly experience. I will be back soon!
