"Loved this property!"

Loved my stay here! Traveled to San Juan for a few days with my mom and we loved this location. The rooms and place was clean. The only issue was the bed was a little hard for my liking (but I am 6 months pregnant) haha. But the front desk and staff was so friendly and accommodating! There is a golf cart that can take you straight to the beach and pick you up. William, one of the valet guys was SO nice and friendly! The atmosphere was quiet and calm. The pool is beautiful! The hotel was right across the street from SuperMax grocery store. Truly a great location and great property. Self parking is $25 a day and valet is $30 a day.

"Great hotel with great location and great amenities"

My family stayed at the Doubletree in San Juan, Puerto Rico before and after our cruise. The location was great, a few blocks from the beach. There was a great convenience, store and liquor store right across the street and near a lot of really great restaurants. It had a great pool area for adults and kids. The rooms were really clean and the staff were extremely helpful. William, one of the valets was also very helpful the day we departed, helping us with all of our many luggage bags. Will definitely stay again for our next trip to San Juan.

"Great Valet Driver at the Doubletree"

Had a stopover in San Juan and was looking for directions to the beach along with some advice on a good place to eat. I approached the valet stand at the front of the hotel and met William. William was working the stand and offered that he could drive me down to the beach in their golf cart. During our conversation there and during the drive to the beach, William gave me some useful options and great advice on a few restaurants, both drivable and walkable. William was friendly and easy to talk with—and he gave me some great options, one of which I visited that evening for dinner. Thanks William for making my stay at the Doubletree and San Juan more enjoyable.

Staff were great and accommodating Room and more importantly the whole premises were clean and nice. No hidden and sneaky charges on my credit card

About 10 minute walk or 3 minute golf cart away from the beach. $25/day parking
