I went to the wrong hotel because my friend changed plans at the last minute. Even so, the valet, Joshua R., greeted me with warmth and hospitality. He kindly helped me move my heavy luggage in and out. I truly appreciated. His positive attitude and helpful spirit made a stressful moment much easier. My husband and I recently stayed here on a vacation. The rooms are wonderful and spacious. Housekeeping is fast and does a great job. The restaurant, Cafe Pierre, is a bit pricey but the portions are large and the staff is excellent. We stopped by every night for Jose's amazing cosmo and old fashioned! The pool is also beautiful and was never crowded. My two notes: 1) The pool could probably be swept more often. Given its location amongst the trees, it gets a lot of leaves throughout the day and 2) the location is a bit far from nightlife. Most of our hotel appeared to be there for work, but Uber to more active areas was only $5.
