Hotel was very clean. Room was comfortable and clean. Not a fan of the sliding glass bathroom door though which provided little to no privacy. This hotel was not cheap and to be refused two small plates for our room was unbelievable, unacceptable and a first for me in all my years travelling. The restaurant staff refused after speaking with someone who seemed in charge. I actually thought they were kidding. I walked away embarrassed. We had intended to have a later dinner and just wanted to have some snacks in our room late afternoon. This ruined the hotel experience for me. We booked somewhere else that night and the next night for dinner as a result. Therefore I would not stay there again. The small things really do matter ….

Amazing experience staff clean access to the beach and restaurant

I’ve been a guest at this hotel several times. Without a shadow of a doubt I consider the staff and management here to be the best that San Juan, if not Puerto Rico, has to offer. I was particularly impressed by the GM, Yobil Caban, and his hotel manager Michael. Kudos also to Diana at the front desk and Christian who works as our front as a valet. They all made my stay one of the best I’ve ever encountered as a guest at a hotel.
