The location, atmosphere and rooms are top-notch. What special about this hotel is the staff from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant to managerial staff who are happy to go above and beyond any reasonable measure to accommodate and support guests.

"First time stay at San Juan Doubletree. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service."

All staff from front desk to restaurant to sales manager were excellent. The reception at the bar was a nice treat and we were treated like family. A great surprise on a business trip. I particularly want to thank Marcos at the front desk for his help and Anette Figueroa who hosted the reception on St Patrick’s day. Looking forward to a return soon!

"Staff was exceptional!"

Staff was amazing especially William at the valet and Brian at the front desk. Truly some of the most helpful and kind people I have ever had to help me. Our room could’ve been bigger but overall the stay was enjoyable. Hotel is good distance from restaurants and old San Juan which we visited.

"Friendly Hilton in Puerto Rico"

Super nice. Rooms are good, meals are good. My self and coworkers spent a good amount of time in this hotel, but seriously the first face you see is the vallet parking guys, a there a few guys in the shift , but the one that was always friendly was William, this guys is super nice, always with a smile, always ready yo help you in and out the car, quick to get car from the spots. Even when people is just picking up or dropping off , other vallets are always rushing you out especially one in the crew. William offers to hold the keys for you, move the car if necessary .. that is costumer service… Thanks William

"Great stay for what we needed!"

staff was friendly, we booked a corner room and it was quite large, pool setup was nice, peloton bike in the gym, food and snacks on site, small gift shop (bought postcards), complimentary water bottles

the elevator took forever, and there weren’t always towels available at the pool

William, our valet, provided exceptional service! He ushered us from the beach to the hotel, and he did a great job making us feel welcome and comfortable. He spent extra time with us giving us recommendations and tips, and sharing with us what he loves about Puerto Rico and San Juan. William is an outstanding employee!!
