Our stay was not good at all

It was a good stay. Property was older. But overall cleanliness was good. Hallways were not a/c but the one in the room worked great. Breakfast was small. But checking in and out was easy and quick.

Upon arrival, the shower curtain rod was hanging from the bathtub wall. Taking a shower meant the entire bathroom got wet, including the towels that were on the rack and clothes hung on the back of the door. The valve in the showerhead was completely open, which meant stinging needles instead of a comfortable shower. Since we had already unpacked, there were three of us, we did not wish to move to the second floor or to a smaller room. We were allowed to take a shower in another room for that night but wasn’t fixed for two nights. shower head never fixed. The desk lamp light bulb, and two of the vanity lights were burnt out, and were never replaced during our stay, even though we informed them. The toilet seat needed to be tightened, there was mold on the wall and leakage from upstairs bathroom into the ceiling of our bathtub. First night we had AC in our room but the entire facility did not have AC until a few days later. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. Room large. Since nothing dried out, we had to replace our towels every day which they missed one day. They never gave us sufficient towels-every night I had to get extra towels so the three of us could take showers. they did not make the beds nor vacuum. except for the one day they missed they did take the trash out daily. For breakfast, food was set out at 6 AM and not replenished,same every day. In town for a funeral in June 100 temp/75% humidity w/my elderly parents for 6 nights. Not recommended.

As we pulled up to motel, we were unsure what to think with all the UHAULS. Your photos online are NOT accurate. Our room was on 2nd floor. It was obvious to us that some renovation had been done. The bathroom was not renovated yet. Very disappointing... The beds were possibly new? They were firm and good!! Our large TV worked well. Nighttime noise wasn't bad; we stayed during College World Series. We DID NOT eat breakfast after reading reviews about it. Give the locally owned restaurants a try!!! Phenomenal Italian at Roma's and very good Mexican at Romeo's. Both are within 5 minutes from hotel. It does have a Walmart within a mile so that was convenient. Finish your renovations and change your photos online to match and your reviews would go up.

Great staff and clean room

The hotel would've been fine had it not ben next to some railroad tracks. A train horn is not what you want to hear when you're trying to sleep.

The hotel was so hot. It was hot in the lobby, hallways and in my first room. You did move me to another room because the air was not working which was a better temperature. It was not clean cobwebs in the corners and the bathroom was not clean. The drain was super slow. The room had a strange smell.

Ok property. Good for the money. Handy to things in and around Omaha.

Customer service was great. However, The hotel is not maintained. Our first room-bathroom toilet seat was broken, tp holder hanging by a thread and no hair dryer. Then the air conditioner started leaking and we had to be moved. Second room bathroom towel rack was on the sink, remote was taped on and there was to in the peep hole.
