There wasn't a person at the desk to help me out with checking in and the computer tried to charge me more then it was supposed to be didn't like anything about it

The doors upstairs don't lock/secure. The rooms smell and there is mold all over the walls, the walls are also soft and coming a part and holes in the walls. Coffee machine broken, breakfast food was gross.

make sure that the AC and shower are working before you let your guests checking in.

I've read many of the reviews and believe this hotel is trying very hard. Many of things l read about in complaints seem to have resolved in my room. The beds are new, very clean and just as comfortable as more upscale lodging. The doors work fine. It was very quiet; I did not hear any train. There are fresh coats of paint and caulk. Things like a smaller breakfast, the hotel attendant kiosk, and the U-Hauls in the parking lot are quirks I am fine navigating given the low price or ultimately don't affect my stay (also it is between two nice breakfast restaurants on either side). Things I CANNOT control/find unacceptable are things I feel compelled to write here: the tv does not have even the basic/non-cable network tv (i.e. you must connect to Amazon account, which is decidedly inconvenient if you're like me and do not have such an account). Please consider antennas for basic network channel reception or providing another option. Please also address the toilet situation in room 250. The small toilet flushed fine and may possibly be new, but it rocks badly - you sit and the entire porcelain contraption rocks forward substantially, clanging against the tile floor loudly. It is very unnerving to use and something that is one of the most basic items for any hotel room. Finally, while the hotel's website has pictures that accurately reflect the rooms, the pictures on TripAdvisor seem to be largely from a more upscale Wyndham hotel (or at least rooms that are made up far more elaborately than this room). Please consider updating the TripAdvisor pictures with the stock photos from the hotel website itself).

If you can just avoid staying here. I moved my reservation to another hotel next week. Staff is rude and not truth telling, bathroom is dirty and room damp.

Under renovation, not sure if they were actually updating or just tore things a part. Didn't seem like anyone was working on any of it.

Are reviews were that it smelled like mold was all over the rooms. And in the bathrooms the doors were peeling off. It was not a goid place . I wouldn't refer anyone to go there.

Bathroom door won't open or close, toilet screams like asirenwhenflushes, wakes others up, lights flicker indicating electrical issues, coffeemaker, onlydecafcoffee,be uncomfortable, very tall, TV needs 2 remotes, no information how to make it work, refrigerator came out of its spot when you open it because it didn't fit, no hand soap, was a bottle of shampooinits place, it was horrible we likely won't use Expedia anymore if this is the crap quality we get
