Clean rooms, hot shower, and friendly staff. Rooms are dated, but expected for the price.

Found this hotel after we had 2 flat tires to get repaired the next morning. Tow truck dropped us off. Check in was great, staff was friendly. The room was good. Funny thing that I remembered is one staff worker loves Taco Bell. I would stay again.

Tried to get a room here for the night when my bathroom flooded. Was not told on expedia website that the hotel has a policy that does not allow locals to stay there. Not only that, but when I went to check in the man at the desk with a very strong accent, was extremely rude to us. Refused to do anything to help just rudely told us no locals. This is the most ridiculous policy ive ever heard of. This hotel and its parent company do not believe in coustomer service. The customer service was also rude and offered zero help. Do not stay at this hotel not to mention that there are much nicer less expensive rooms in the valley that actually care for their neighbors.

Great hotel at a great price, if you're in the area and need a clean room to stay, don't think twice. Staff is amazing also, very kind and accommodating.

The room was clean and had recently been remodeled. Very quiet. The price was good. The staff was friendly.

DO NOT BOOK this hote! We stayed here with a group of family members and booked 4 rooms total. All 4 rooms were filthy. Our non smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke, the fridge had something spilled in the bottom of it and the carpets had not been vacuumed and there was visible debris. The shower curtain and bedding both had stains on them. The manager said they were sold out so changing rooms wasn’t an option, even though there were hardly any cars in the parking lot. They also have a sign at the front desk that says if your room is dirty, you have to tell them within 5-10 minutes. I have never seen a sign like that in all of my 60 years! The first night, one of the employees was outside of our room at 3am talking loudly on the phone. We had to pay a $100 deposit, plus the cost of the room for 3 nights. We asked them if we could check out after the second night because of all the issues and safety concerns. We requested that the 3rd night rate be refunded because we just didn’t feel safe. The front desk manager said it that we had to take it up with Wyndham by calling the 1-800 number. Wyndham said it was the decision of the property to refund us and of course they refused. The next morning I spoke with the manager and Also assuming he was the owner. He gave me a sob story about poor employees but wasn’t willing to do anything to make things right! We still decided to check out 1 day early because our safety was more important than the money. Please do not stay at this hotel if you value your safety and overall health! There are several hotels nearby to choose from! Wyndham clearly doesn’t value their name if they allow a hotel like this to carry their name! Absolutely horrendous!!!
