"Terrible "

Not the best reception from host, kind of cocky. The room: TV did not work, refrigerator broken and leaking, air conditioner super loud, window was wide open when we got there, hard time closing and securing and we were on first floor, bed frame was metal to thr floor so if you accidentally kick it it sounded like a gong. Room was pretty clean, brown stain on bedsheet. Informed manager in the morning of issues, gave lots of excuses but never offered any type of discount, just worried about bad review. We have been traveling cross county for 26 days and this was the worst experience we had, especially for the money compared to places thar cost the same.

"DO NOT STAY HERE!"

I don’t normally write reviews but after staying at this hotel, I thought others should be aware. This hotel is poorly managed, the staff is very unprofessional and the rooms are filthy. We had 4 rooms booked for a family trip and all 4 had issues with being unclean, poorly maintained, and having issues with cockroaches & spiders. Like one of the other reviews mentioned, we also stuck out the first night but then requested to check out 1 day early but were refused a refund. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, the bedding & shower curtain were dirty and stained, there was hair in the corners of the tub and bathroom floor from previous guests, and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. The air conditioning unit smelled like something burning when we used it. The fridge had something spilled in the bottom of it. There was hair and debris on the carpet from previous guests and the bed pillows were gross and stained (although the pillow cases appeared to be clean). The pictures do not do this place justice. There is a sign at the front desk that states to let them know within 5-10 minutes if your room is dirty. Weird that they would need a sign like that unless it’s a common problem. We complained several times and were met with resistance and unprofessional behavior from the manager and staff. We were told we couldn’t change rooms because they were sold out, even though there were only 5 or 6 cars in the parking lot. There are several hotels on the same street so save yourself the trouble and avoid this one!!

Nothing like any Wyndham I've been before. Room was clean and good condition furnishings but outside needed help. Pool was literally full of dirt. exterior needed painting bad.

"Misleading info online"

Stopped for some rest after leaving Las Vegas from a business trip. Booked the room online thinking we were staying at a Baymont. When we arrived the name on the sign was not Baymont, but a make shift sign covering it. The outside was in horrible condition. The rooms were newly remodeled and some what clean other than Dried urine on the toilet. Got some sleep to finish the drive home, that was the only good thing.

Receptionist/ owner was acting too smart. We booked 2 rooms and the rooms were on different floors. Thought they had rooms available, he willnot change it. No coffee in the room, only 1/3 roll of toilet paper and no tissue or hangers. When I asked for coffee, toilet paper, tissue and hangers he said this is the new rule no extras and just to make me happy he will give me an extra roll of toilet paper and 2 hangers but no tissue. He gave me coffee too. He was not very pleasant though when I checked out he apologized for his behavior and the inconvenience we had.He sounded like he was not happy to be working in his parents hotel/family business. Whyndham should upgrade the standard of this hotel. Hotel has a rundown appearance. Time to update it. Room was clean. Bfast ok.

Front desk guy was extremely rude, couldnt turn the heater on without the fire alarm going off, and 20 minutes before check out time a male house keeper tried walking into my room without knocking. This was definitely one of the worst hotel experiences in my life,

"Great Hotel at a Great Price"

This Baymont is the best Baymont I have stayed. Check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean and had all the necessary conveniences. The TV had all the programming and the internet was fast and easy to log on. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of strong hot water. The laundry room had brand new Samsung units. The surrounding area was safe and quiet and walkable. Overall, I recommend this Baymont and would stay here again.

"Exceptional"

It was great! Nice and clean. Very comfortable beds. My only complaint is that upon checking on the guy working the front desk told me if I have any visitors show up that I will be promptly kicked out no questions asked. Aside from it being incredibly rude to say something like that I am pretty sure that is not legally correct.
