High end boutique hotel. Very well located for central Quebec City. Rooms individual to a very high standard w good views. Very comfortable bed, spacious room and elegant bathroom. Only drawback is huge steps at front door w no ramp

Location and atmosphere! Desk staff were exceptional!

The air conditioning in our room was loud; it sounded like a bad fan in the ductwork. We were told "Well, it's old. Nothing can be done. " We had to turn it off at night to sleep. 7th floor. Heat rises. It got quite warm.
