Hôtel Le Germain Québec

The quality of the staff made a huge difference for us. An unexpected medical issue necessitated a call to an ambulance to transport us to the local hospital. Fortunately, the doctors were able to quickly help us, and after a few hours, we were able to walk back to the hospital. When we needed to summon help, the night staff was fast and attentive and later followed up. It was some of the best hosting I've ever experienced.

Lovely staff! Very helpful. Kept our bags and brought them to the room while we took in Petit Champlain. Offered delicious flavoured water and the new coffee machine. Rooms were impeccable! Great location.

Great location and easy access.

Our first criteria in evaluating a hotel room is a well functioning powerful AC. We were very disappointed at this hotel. Apparently this is a well known issue by management that has not been fixed for some reason. At almost $600 a night this definitely does not come anywhere near meeting expectations. Fortunately our stay was for only one night but they will not see us here anytime soon. Fortunately our stay the price you can do much better.

We loved the view of the St Lawrence, the spacious room and plenty of surfaces for personal items. The ironing board and the coffee machine were great. We liked the sitting areas for having a drink. Breakfast was excellent.

Good stay. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Room was adequate although the furnishings and fixtures were very worn and tired.

Quiet, clean and spacious rooms.
