Booked a spa experience which included a facial by Gracie. We went over all my problematic areas and got a tailored facial. The experience was great! Would really recommend Gracie as she’s super professional and was a great experience overall.

We've been here a few times recently for afternoon tea (just a scone and tea, not the big expensive one) and enjoyed pleasant surroundings, helpful staff and very fine scones. The only problem is that they seem to run out of scones easily and, in addition, interestingly, last time, they couldn't give us a ham sandwich but could provide a croque monsieur, which was essentially a ham sandwich covered in cheese and toasted. Still, a nice quiet place, not cheap but not as expensive as you might think.

I enjoyed a day spa and afternoon tea with my friend. The surroundings were very clean, bright and relaxing! The jacuzzi and steam room were both very enjoyable! I had a beautiful neck, back and shoulder massage by Claire. It was the best massage I have ever had. Claire was very professional and courteous at all times and her advice and care afterwards was very educational. Afternoon tea was beautiful and there was a good selection/variety. The staff were all very attentive from the moment we arrived. I would highly recommend the day package.

The rolling hills, the views from the windows, spectacular. The spa was fabulous. Dinner at Vespers restaurant was a culinary delight. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, and will come again.
