We just stayed on the Saturday night, arriving just before 3pm check in. Parking was easy and near the main entrance. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. We spent a few hours at the Spa (separate review submitted) and later that evening, we had a bite to eat at the Lough Inn. The food was excellent and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The cocktails were delicious but I felt they could add a few well known ones to their menu. A lady played piano near reception and the sound was piped through to all areas of the ground floor, including the Lough Inn. This added to the chilled, relaxed vibe. Next morning, we had a fabulous breakfast in Vespers restaurant. Check out was hassle free. For a quiet retreat, I recommend a stay here.

Service and location were 10 /10, all members of our group said they would happily return! Highlights were dinner at the main restaurant and enjoying the view of the lough at sunset.

Disappointing there was an extra charge for breakfast each morning. However, with that said, there was a fantastic spread and we felt it was good value for money.

Had a facial in the spa by a lovely therapist called Gracie in preparation for my wedding, it was the most enjoyable facial I have ever gotten My mum got a back massage which we followed with an afternoon tea Honestly was a wonderful experience The overall look to the place is modern and clean The staff are so helpful and accommodating The afternoon tea was delicious and served by a lovely young woman who was incredibly kind Cannot fault the place at all, we left feeling refreshed and had an enjoyable time
