Housekeeping and restaurant staff

Yesterday was an issue with showers they fix it and they didn’t even clean it after fix. Also it takes 2 hours for fix it.

The location is perfect. Central to most touristy places. The breakfast buffet spread is good and staff courteous and helpful in that area

The room provided on pretext of an upgrade was poorly maintained with stained furniture and creaky floorings. Bathroom fittings were coming apart and wash basin as well as dispensers were leaking water and soap respectively. No actual cupboard was there for storing clothes. A hanging open space in the bathroom area was supposed to pass as clothes (open) cabinet…

"Best Resturant The bridge and the main man of the restaurant Mr Raja"

Had an amazing dinner experience at Bridge Restaurant, first floor of The Park Kolkata. The food was absolutely marvellous and one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Kolkata. We ordered Karahi Chicken, Garlic Naan, and Mutton Kosha. The garlic naan was thin, crispy, perfectly buttery and honestly one of the best garlic naans I have ever eaten. The Mutton Kosha was exceptional — the mutton pieces were unbelievably tender, soft, and full of flavour. Truly memorable. The Karahi Chicken was also very good and well-balanced in taste. What made the experience even better was the hospitality. The service, presentation, smiling staff, and overall ambience were top class. Special thanks to Mr. Raja for attending us so warmly and professionally throughout the dinner. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and excellent service in Kolkata!

Had a wonderful dining experience at The Bridge on Park Street. The food quality was excellent, with every dish perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The ambience was classy, relaxing, and perfect for spending time with friends. A special mention to Raja for his outstanding service. He was polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the visit. Also, Manager Yasir handled everything very professionally and ensured we had a smooth and memorable experience. Overall, great food, warm hospitality, and a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Park Street in Kolkata!
