would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, especially if you are travelling for work or expecting a comfortable stay. I was allocated a room right next to the pub/lounge area where loud music continued until almost 4 AM. After an extremely tiring day during my business trip, all I wanted was some rest, but sleeping was nearly impossible because of the constant noise. Despite making multiple complaintse, the staff claimed the hotel was fully booked and made absolutely no effort to offer any practical solution or adjustment. What was most disappointing was the attitude of the staff — they seemed completely indifferent to the inconvenience caused and showed no concern for guest comfort. Allocating rooms adjacent to a venue that plays loud music until early morning hours, while fully knowing the disturbance it causes, is highly irresponsible and unprofessional. The staff was extremely rude, uncooperative, and lacked even basic hospitality standards. Definitely not a property I would recommend. If there was a minus rating i would have given that

Location and service

The location was excellent and we were fortunate to get an upgrade to a much larger room. The bathroom was very spacious. There were good eating places very near the hotel. New market was within walking distance.
