Baymont by Wyndham Elizabeth City

The lights in the fitness center didn’t work. Pool was closed. AC was super loud. Room felt damp. Staff was not always at front desk and had to wait to check in and ask questions. Hotel was decently clean. Beds were comfortable.

Close to the area we were visiting and the beds were comfortable.

Was in room 319 on the third floor .Elvator didnt work well.Got stuck on the first floor once. Overall appearance was a bit run down and dirty. Breakfast was sparse didnt even have milk for cereal the first day. Desk Staff was rude, unfriendly and foregin. Pool wasnt the cleanest .No cups or ice container in the room. TV was partially broken. Was on the third floor water pressure sucked. Outer doors were not functioning well. Light bulb for the entry light into the room was burnt out. To expensive for what was lacking. Parking lot was full of people smoking weed.

Was convenient for our trip.

Walla are paper thin so we heard neighbors on both sides, barely enough room to walk between the bed and bathroom, the breakfast was very disappointing. When I arrived there was one piece of white bread and two small muffins. I am dairy free and there was no dairy free milks or creamers. It was only yogurt, apple, white bread, 3 types of cereal, waffle maker, coffee and juice. Not really much to choose from.

It was hard to find. Sign was not visible from road.
