Beautiful on the outside. Room was nice BUT, housekeeping was not great. Sheet on the bed did not fit, so scrunched up at my feet. I asked they put the proper size on and they agreed. Came back from our tour and they hadn’t replaced our coffee, or the shampoo and conditioner. Dirty towels were still in the room and I assumed the sheets were right to tuck under. Nope! Also, no room service until 9:00am and the restaurant only serves a buffet at breakfast. For the price, I’d go elsewhere.

Very good location for walking.

This property has not been updated in decades, but I knew that at booking. Banff is expensive, and people will stay where they can afford.
