old run down...dark and dungy...not worth the high rate we paid for to stay there.......there are 3 star hotels that show better

Easy access, temp conteolled carpark, good size room

Staff filling ice bowl outside room at 6.00am every mirning!! Breafest buffet is a joke. Overdone eggs, bacon burt to crisp, lowsey coffee. Need to be Al o cart ootion. Would not dine inhoyse again

"Loved every bit of Banff a must for every traveller"

The location for a tourist was perfect. The staff were very polite and helpful advising is of the easy transport links to the Gondola and links to other transfer links.

"Overall great location, decent room and facilities but 4pm check in time is not helpful"

Good location, loved having the fireplace in the room and it was a good sized bedroom and bathroom.

The staff did not come across as warm and friendly, very transactional in nature and not what I've experienced in other Banff hotels. I also think that an 11am checkout when you can't check in until 4pm is not acceptable, especially for the price paid for the room

"Ideal location and great staff"

We had a great trip, the rooms are spacious and the staff were all very friendly and helpful! Especially Neil who went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely experience. The hotel has an ideal location, walking distance to downtown Banff which was a big bonus. Our only complaint is the hotel could use some updating but that did not ruin our experience.

The concierge, Neil, was outstanding. His knowledge, efficiency, patience & friendly personality made our 5-day trip effortless. Check-in & check-out were a breeze. The location was perfect. We never needed to move our car until it was time to check out. Walkability to shopping, restaurants, & trails was perfect. Highly recommend the trail to the Bow River Falls!! Also highly recommend Farm & Fire (dinner) & Toulooloo’s (breakfast)
