Very friendly staff, everything neat and clean and comfortable. The hotel had onsite parking.

The kitchenette room we had was quite dated.

Great location, modern room

Beds were not comfortable, pillows were hard, room was extremely dry, the furnace wouldn’t turn off we had to manually turn it off.

The hotel is centrally located right on Banff’s main street, just steps away from restaurants, cafés, museums, attractions, and souvenir shops. Everything is spotless, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

Location was good, towards the end of the main village but about a 10-15 minute walk from lots of shops and restaurants. Good value for the price. Poor and hot tub were out of order but we were able to use the spa at the hotel next door with no trouble. The room was clean and had daily housekeeping. Staff were friendly and helpful.

More like a motel than anticipated with covered outdoor walkways and they charged for parking despite the hotel being mostly empty.
