There was no breakfast

I think the room did not meet the amount we paid for them. Our room did not have a standing shower. We had a room with a small window facing the side of the building instead of a view and they were indicating they had vacantes.

Since there were four of us we used your lounge both nights we were there and Adrian who worked the 3-11 pm shift was helpful and attentive. He helped fix the TV so we could watch the hockey game and got us anything we needed/requested. He chatted with us when time permitted and was pleasant and informative. We appreciated that personal connection.

The bed was a little too soft.

两卧室套房有一间没有门，没有客厅，只有一个小厨房。住两家人有点尴尬。但地理位置很好，也算班夫小镇上比较便宜的了。

Staff some were good

Spa had to get reception to turn it on most days,it also needed a vacuum to remove stones and dirt from the bottom

Good layout of the rooms. Beds comfortable.

Poorly stocked kitchenette and the wifi was very glitchy.

Staff, pool, location, next to ski shuttles

Climate control a little finicky

Convenient,clean, nice staff, good hot tub and pool ,great location
