Kind and helpful staff. Nice to be able to use the hot tub and pool after skiing.

Would be great to have access to a continental breakfast and there are facilities to be able to host. The coffee station was a nice touch.

It would have been great to have a fully operational hot tub after long ski days. The temperature was hot so that was good but the jets would have been nice.

The pool, steam room, and hot tub was so relaxing. The king loft room upgrade was also appreciated.

Had to walk outside to get to the pool area.

Only thing we liked is that this hotel is in Banff. Location I guess.

Old outdated hotel, relatively dirty room as they’re just so old. Have to walk outside to get to hot tub. Motel style building. Had to pay extra 15$ for parking. Pay more and stay somewhere nicer. Unless you’re young and want to just party and you don’t care.

The location was excellent, and our room was clean, cozy, and warm.

The pillows were extremely stiff and firm. This might be fine if you prefer that style, but I personally found it uncomfortable and had trouble sleeping because of it.

Access to the room a bit early and the upgraded room we received. The room was clean and looked after well by cleaning staff.
