Fab hotel, location perfect. Lovely heated pools .food very nice .can't wait to return .

Нам понравилось в отеле всё, но особо хочется отметить прекрасное месторасположение, отличный ресторан с большим разнообразием вкусной еды, бассейн Инфинити, чистоту и ухоженость территории и самого отеля. С удовольствием вернемся к вам снова!

В номерах не хватает одноразовых косметических принадлежностей, таких как ватные диски и палочки.

Ausgesprochen freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, was super auf Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Gäste eingeht! Zimmer sauber und hell, 3 Pools und ausreichend Liegestühle, tolle Animation und die Lage hervorragend. Wir wurden zum Geburtstag mit Sekt und Keksen beschenkt. Vielen lieben Dank

Man sollte wissen, dass sich 100m weiter eine Partyzone befindet, Musik tlw bis 5 Uhr morgens.

As instalações são espectaculares.

The hotel was always extremely clean, and there was always evening entertainment. The pool side bar was very convenient and the snacks available on the all inclusive were good too. We used this for lunch rather than using the buffet restaurant (due to dress code, which is a great feature). The pool was a perfect temperature every day and there was always enough sun loungers and umbrellas.

Our first day was a fact find day as there was limited information around the hotel to tell you how things worked. All signs just tell you to scan qr code to their website. The all inclusive wasn’t (“all” inclusive) the drinks were limited to a list, food from the pool bar was limited to a small list with paid opinions available and the all inclusive was between the hours of 7:30am and 11:30pm with no water stations, meaning you have to buy your own water as they only give water in cups as part of all inclusive in the day or bottles from their vent machines at €2 each if you prefer bottled water. For a 4* hotel I was expecting filtered water stations 24hrs which was the biggest disappointment.
