Hot tub was hot enough but it was dirty lots of crud on the bottom. Very pet friendly excellent for the pets however the room itself had dog pee on the bed skirt in the tub was stained and the carpet was stained.

"Upscale, but dated hotel."

The front desk staff were great. Friendly and helpful. We paid more than we’d like, but it seemed the area was swamped, so we had to take what we could find one same day booking. The room was clean and comfy. There was a good outdoor pool area. The only drawback was seeing the filthy, stained carpet on our floor. I’m hoping they can afford to get it steam cleaned or replaced soon.

Had to wait almost an hour for our room after check in time. As we walked to the room, dirty linens were in the hallway. No place to keep cold drinks, no WiFi unless you have the app which has many errors. Staff seemed burdened by our presence.

"Excellent"

The staff was wonderful and we enjoyed the bar and breakfast dining while we were there. Parking was convenient too. The rooms could use some updating but were quiet and overall we were comfortable.

No refrigerator in room. Had to call maintenance to fix toilet because it wouldn't flush. Paying $12 to park when there was ample room for cars to park. Will never stay there again.
