"Cute hotel with great views of the Colorado Monument"

I stayed for 3 nights to attend a SHRM conference. The rooms were clean and mostly quiet. It is an older hotel, so there was some creaking and the decor is a bit dated, but it did not affect the quality of my stay. I had dinner at the bar one evening and it was delicious. The catered lunch and appetizers for the conference events were top notch. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was the best part.

The hotel was very pricey, you do not get what you pay for. The whole hotel is so dirty and gross. I don't like the fact that you have to pay to park at the hotel.
