Close to restaurants, within walking distance. Had to ask for sheets, ours were stained

Room had a very strong incense smell. Had to go buy a scented candle just to tolerate it. The furniture very run down. looked like had been bought at a yard sale. all mismatch. Microwave was dirty.

Room was nice but the door to the bathroom hit the toilet. Needs Renovations

the hotel is very, very old, neglected, old furniture, damp and dirty rooms, bad smells, bed linen and towels with questionable cleanliness, breakfast was a mockery. and for a change the reservation was not covered since this was made.because of what i had what to pay there

It's not the same place we stayed in the last time we were here. Don't know if they are re renovating but it was clear that some pieces of furniture that was here before are gone now and I'm on the second floor have to go all the way to the first office to get ice. The toilet has no flush put a little bit of toilet paper in and it is clogged. So not what I remembered from the last time we were here.

Roaches, bad door locks, will not recommend this place unless something drastic changes. I was given a half can of raid to combat the roach issue, I spent 30 bucks of my own money to get rid of them. The room was dirty upon check in, I cleaned it because I knew it wouldn’t get done properly if I didn’t clean it on my own. The towels were stained and thread bare, but that’s why when I travel I carry my own. The pool has been filled in with concrete. Please spend a few more dollars.

I got a good parking spot in front of the door, that was the one good thing. Bed comforter had multiple blood stains. The wall beside the bed also had a lot of red stains. Sheet had a cigarette burn hole. Shower did not have much hot water. Tub appeared to have been cleaned, but not the bath wall tile, which had dirt smears that came off with a rub of a finger. Lots of dirty stains from hands on bath walls and bath door. Dirt on closet shelf. Dirt, change & screws in the holder for the non-existent iron, it just hasn't been wiped for dust/dirt in a while. The overall dirt was not just one cleaning, this has been building up for a while. Someone else picked this motel, I would not have picked it. No interest in changing rooms just to have one as dirty or dirtier. Came late, so just made do until leaving very early. Will not stay here again.

I had a room down stairs next to the lounge. Room was clean. Parking lot was filthy. Good WiFi. Average TV. Older motel. Very noisy all night long, I know that is something the motel has no control over but court Yard motels are known for this. When I went to check out at 5:30am lobby was not open. I rang a bell. Attendant came and supplied me with a hard copy of my bill. I asked her to e-mail me a copy of my bill and she told me they didn't do that. I don't think I will stay there again.

This room had a foul odor of cigarette smoke and at 4:00 am I could smell the smoke of someone smoking either upstairs or outside. When I left, my luggage and clothes had acquired this terrible smell. There were also someone else's belongings in the dresser drawer and a credit card was found on on the floor (I turned it in). It was way overpriced for the poor quality. This is why I prefer to use airbnb for much better quality at a more reasonable price.
