Excellent stay. Very comfortable and easy to access. Food and accommodation both excellent.

Pity about the bed size and room around the bed. Otherwise an excellent stay and would use the hotel in the future rather than another hotel located close by

Hotel is quite tired in condition. TV and n room didn’t work and was reported to desk. Very long walk from reception to room considering the hotel was virtually empty on our first night.

The room was extremely clean and the towels were replaced overnight even though we hung them up to save on the eco service. My one criticism would be - that the plug sockets are not close enough to the mirror to use the hair dryer and my hair straighteners. It was really difficult to try to manage

No Heating in the Bedrooms, not one but all on offer. Not told before, had to get in the room before we found out heating not working. Cancelled return stay. Is there a built in problem with this building? When it was a Hilton hotel we had no hot water now a Marriott no heating.

I had a long drive and arrived at the hotel at 21:30. Everything looks fine at first and the room I stayed in was newly refurbished. The room was nice but the heating was not working so the room was freezing as it was -8C outside. I reported the fault to reception and asked if they could resolve but they didnt know what to do. They then moved me to a another part of the hotel, which was like faulty towers and certainly not acceptable at the rate I paid. The shower had mould on the tiles and silicone and shower head was lacking pressure. The shower head was installed at around 5Ft so for a 6Ft 1 man this proved to be rubbish. There was paint pealing off the walls and sealing and the extract fan was not working. The heating worked to a fashion but still not what I would expect from a Marriott. I booked a double bed but was moved to a room with 2 singles so had a pretty poor nights sleep. The room was in dire need of a refurb and should not have been sold. I asked for compensation in the morning, where I was offered a free breakfast that I had already paid for!!!!!! I have left the hotel never wanting to go back again. I actually paid £10 more than a rival hotel as I thought the experience with a Marriott hotel would have been better. How wrong I could have been.

We stayed for a girls' weekend and had a wonderful time. The front desk let us check in early, the rooms were so clean, bathrooms were spotless. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff, from front desk, breakfast to house keeping are so friendly. There was lots of space to sit and warm bu the fire. Breakfast was amazing and well worth the £10. The man running breakfast service was so friendly and went out of his way for friend with food allergies. Hotel is well situated for Stratford, Lemington or Warwick. Parking was free on weekends which was great. We had a fantadtic time and will definitely be back!
